Cancellation Policy

Any cancellations within 24 hours of your treatment will result in a 50% charge added onto your next treatment, this also includes multiple bookings. There will also be a 50% if you are over 15 minutes late to your appointment and we are unable to proceed with your treatment. If you have also booked online you will loose your booking deposit.

Refund Policy

At Lasting Impressions we always do our best to make sure you are happy and satisfied with your treatment. For example, if your nails or lashes don't last we will redo them free of charge within the first week.
We do understand that sometimes things don't always go to plan or as expected, however. We do have a no refund policy, so if you feel you have any concerns over a treatment then please speak to management and they will be happy to redo the treatment or offer another service of the same value.

Gift Voucher Policy

You must bring the voucher with you to the salon, we can not accept the voucher if it's not present for your treatment.
They can not be used towards promotions, discounted treatments or products, only used for full price treatments.
Gift vouchers are valid for six months only, once past the expiry date, the voucher will be invalid.
Finally, gift vouchers will not be allowed to be extended.
